The Morning Fix: Bill O’Brien believes his team is improving and more

I find it interesting that the Texans have talked about signing Colin Kaepernick.  Adding him would give them an instant upgrade at quarterback.

I wonder how Phil Simms feels about CBS wanting to replace him with Tony Romo.
