Leslie Frazier – Minnesota Vikings

It was the right time for this team and Frazier to move on. Frazier will get another job in the NFL quickly, maybe not as a head coach, but as a coordinator for a team.

I believe the GM of the Vikings, Rick Spielman, should get more of the blame as he was the one who drafted Christian Ponder with a first-round pick, even though he was a second-round talent.

This team has some work ahead of them, and they will only go as far as whomever their next QB will be.
