Jim Schwartz – Detroit Lions

A very smart move by the Lions. The Lions were a team made for the playoffs, and they didn’t make it. The Packers tried to hand them the division title when Aaron Rodgers was out for nearly two months, but the Lions fell apart at the end of the season.

The Lions need to hire a veteran coach, not necessarily a former head coach, who is offensive-minded and can control this team. They were just too good to not have a spot in the playoffs.
