Houston Texans first-round selection: Evan Neal, Alabama

The Houston Texans currently have Laremy Tunsil at the left tackle position. However, after he had hand surgery, Mills’ blindside was never that safe. Neal also has a history of playing multiple positions, and his behemoth size with the ninja-like athleticism prove that he should be Houston’s top pick.

Moving Neal to the interior of the line would be a solid temporary plan as the Texans have Tunsil play out the rest of his heavy contract. Neal could even be the emergency left tackle in case Tunsil gets hurt again.

This is the kind of size that the Houston Texans need to start changing their fortunes in the AFC South and the NFL from doormat to dominator. Neal being picked at three should make him a Texan for life and set up many successful days for our second-round pick.
