Coby Fleener, Indianapolis Colts, 27 years old

This one may seem like a long shot as the Indianapolis Colts used a second round pick on Coby Fleener in 2012, the same year they selected his college quarterback Andrew Luck with the first overall pick. However, stranger things have happened in the NFL, and there are questions out there about whether or not the team can keep both Fleener and his counterpart Dwayne Allen who is also a free agent.

Statistically, Fleener took a step back in 2015 as he fell from 774 yards receiving with eight touchdowns to 491 yards and three touchdowns. Yet he recorded the smaller numbers on more catches (54 in 2015 compared to 51 in 2014) which is an indication of a lot of dump off passes.

The fact is, with Andrew Luck hurt for most of the season, Fleener was a victim of his team using a 40-year old Matt Hasselbeck under center. The Colts most likely would choose Fleener over Allen, but if they do decide that the better option for them is the more rounded but less athletic Allen, then Houston should waste no time in trying to purge a player from their biggest rival.
