The first weekend of training camp is in the books and the first impressions have been made by members of the 2015 version of the Houston Texans. Players like receivers Uzoma Nwachukwu and Alan Bonner have impressed early with their hands.

Other players like receiver/returner Chandler Worthy have caught people’s attention with pure blazing speed. And of course linebacker Mike Mohamed is making it hard for the team to justify starting second round selection Bernardrick McKinney in his place.

Then there was the quarterback battle where Ryan Mallett and Brian Hoyer each have had their share of flashes during the first week, as noted by HoustonTexans.com team analyst John Harris;

"Everyone wants to know about the quarterbacks. Thousands of people watched that practice and came away with different opinions. I didn’t think either Brian Hoyer or Ryan Mallett dominated the practice session and each had good and bad moments throughout the day. Hoyer missed a few corner routes that were open in the end zone while Mallett struggled with some of the short to intermediate throws. That said, they’re light years ahead of last year’s quarterback group. Light. Years."

So with all this early news, let’s take a look at what the starting lineup should look like based upon the first weekend of training camp work for the Texans.
