D.J. Swearinger

D.J. Swearinger has had a tough offseason, but not for football reasons. He was recently accused of stealing his own truck, according to multiple sources. After getting several expensive modifications on his truck, he allegedly drove off, without paying what he owed for them.

This ended up being a misunderstanding, but luckily it wasn’t a huge legal issue for Swearinger. The Texans players typically stay out of legal trouble.

Swearinger’s dog also allegedly bit Jadeveon Clowney. Luckily these aren’t huge off the field issues for Swearinger.

The numbers that Swearinger has put up have been outstanding in just two seasons in the NFL. In both years he’s put up over 70 tackles, outstanding numbers. In the two years, he’s also proved he’s a great pass blocker, blocking 10 since he came into the NFL.

Other than that, with this behind him, Swearinger is ready for a huge season.
