In an article on the official site of the Houston Texans, they are encouraging fans of the Texans to wear all white as they also wear their “Liberty White Uniforms” this Sunday.

The Texans host the Washington Redskins this Sunday at 1 p.m. ET (noon CT).

In the article on hosutontexans.com it says:

"“The Texans have donned all-white for their home opener in six of the last seven seasons … BHP Billiton will be handing out 40,000 Liberty White Out t-shirts at gates upon entry. The first 40,000 fans to enter will also receive a white NRG Power Towel.”"

As for this season opener, the Texans are coming off a season where they were 2-14 overall, winning just one game at home last season, during Week 2 against the Tennessee Titans by a 30-24 score in overtime.

That win was also the last regular season game the Texans have won, as they finished the ’13 season losing their final 14 games.
