What can we say about this 2013 Houston Texans team that hasn’t been already said?
The Official Houston Texans website has an article by Drew Dougherty titled, Players agree: it’s our fault, not gary Kubiak’s. In the article Arian Foster said:
“We aren’t executing when we need to, converting third downs, staying on the field, giving our defense a chance. We need to check ourselves.”
“To say the Texans embarrassed themselves for the second consecutive week would be a gross understatement.”
Also on the Chronicle’s site, Jerome Soloman wrote in his article, Five things we learned in Texans’ 38-13 loss to Rams:
“Gary Kubiak has done plenty of good things as the Texans’ head coach, but his continued conservative bent kills his team when it falls behind …”
Also on the Chronicle site, Dale Robertson wrote in his article, Texans stats and results do not compute:
The Texans surrender 253 yards and 30 points per game.
Tania Gangull of ESPN.com in an article titled, Texans reaching dubious numbers the following:
The Texans have now allowed another team to score a defensive or special-teams touchdown in five consecutive weeks. That’s the longest such streak in the league since the 2009.
