The Houston Texans tight end, Brevin Jordan, has officially been ruled active ahead of today’s game against the Denver Broncos.
The Houston Texans are mile high today to take on the AFC West, Denver Broncos. Leading up to this week, the Texans were prepared to be without center, Justin Britt who is out for personal reasons that were not fully disclosed.
This game, although only the second game of the season, is already of some significance. After tying the Indianapolis Colts in week one, the Texans will be looking to rebound themselves against the Broncos. Who, in all fairness, will be looking to do the exact same.
Russell Wilson in week one made his return to Seattle and, I think it’s safe to say, it didn’t go the way he wanted. Not only did Wilson lose in his first game as a Denver Bronco, but he also lost to Geno Smith who is a bonafide backup quarterback. Now, he’s going to have some fire going into today’s game and will be looking to get Denver in the win column. Lucky for us, Davis Mills will be looking to do the exact same.
Leading up to today’s game, there was a big question mark around Brevin Jordan’s availability, and I’d like to let you all know, he is now officially ruled active.
Having Jordan active for sure helps the Texans chances today, but it does mean that the Texans will have to adjust on the fly in order to incorporate his skill-set into today’s gameplan. Additionally, because he’s ruled active, that means there is one more name added to today’s inactive list which I happen to have. Here are the names that the Texans have inactive today:
- Kyle Allen, QB
- Tyler Johnson, WR
- Phillip Dorsett, WR
- Justin Britt, OL
- Demone Harris, OL
- Garret Wallow, LB
- Jake Hansen, LB
But, it’s important for you all to have all the details, and that means knowing who is out on the other side of the ball.
- K.J. Hamler, WR
- Jalen Virgil, WR
- Quinn Meinerz, OL
- Billy Turner, OL
- Eyioma Uwazurike, DL
- Josey Jewell, LB
- Nik Bonitto, LB
