24th in the 2022 NFL Quarterbacks power rankings:

Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. QB. BYU. ZachWilson. 24. player. 30

As the quarterback who will always be remembered as “the guy taken after Trevor Lawrence,” Zach Wilson didn’t do too bad as a rookie. Wilson came in fourth place on the list of leaders in rookie passing yards while throwing for only nine touchdowns.

What’s to blame here? The college to pro transition? A bad offensive line? No weapons? That’s for you to decide. Elijah Moore had an excellent game on Thursday Night Football against the Colts, where he caught two touchdowns and made some great grabs.

Wilson’s offensive production should increase after the Jets somehow got C.J. Uzomah away from the Bengals. Add in Tyler Conklin from Minnesota, who was sneakily good, and the Jets now have an intriguing tight end duo to attack defenses with.
