Justin Herbert continued to prove the doubters wrong in his second year out of Oregon. Herbert had the Chargers on the brink of the playoffs, but we all know what happened thanks to Brandon Staley’s timeout.
With the only offensive acquisition in free agency being Gerald Everett (who cost Seattle some key games by fumbling last year), this will be another year where Mike Williams and Keenan Allen need to do all they can in a division that’s stacked to the max.
Herbert’s skills lock him into the ninth spot on our list.
