3 moves by Texans’ AFC South rivals that made us laugh
Tenessee Titans are just kicking issues down the road with Randy Bullock coming back
Randy Bullock was signed last year, and he did hit a few game-winners for the Titans. However, Bullock has been known for missing kicks and somehow still finding jobs. Texans fans may remember back in 2016 that Bullock helped them win the division and clinch a playoff spot.
Bullock also missed a chip-shot field goal where he injured himself in Joe Burrow’s first career game, and that, unfortunately, is a microcosm of Bullock’s career. Imagine keeping a liability like that on the roster. That’s what Tennessee is okay with Bullock being their guy.
Bullock’s first three seasons were with the Texans, where he did alright for a young kicker. But he has gone 64/83 on kicks from 40-49 yards, which for an NFL kicker, you have to hit those to keep your team in games.
It’s shaping up to be a fun season for 2022. Let’s see if these new players can shut us up or continue the comedy they provided.
Tim Kelly was a close call here as well.
