The NFL offseason just gets crazier by the day, and the Houston Texans can find a true weapon in Tyreek Hill.

Just when things had seemed to calm down, the Kansas City Chiefs decided to turn that switch back to the “crazy” setting. The Chiefs have basically botched Tyreek Hill’s contract negotiation and have now permitted him to seek a trade.

Houston Texans fans are well aware of what Hill has done to them in games, and how sweet would it be to see Davis Mills throwing to a true speedster in the slot position next to Brandin Cooks?

It would be a dream come true for Pep Hamilton and Texans fans, forming one of the best wide receiver duos in franchise history. Talent like this doesn’t become available very often, and Nick Caserio should have an offer for the Chiefs for Hill.

Houston Texans must outbid two AFC East teams for Tyreek Hill.

According to Adam Schefter, the Miami Dolphins and New York Jets are the top two teams already. However, Houston just got a ton of draft capital, and they have the space from the Deshaun Watson trade. At the very least an offer should be put forth, as this offseason has seen star players go for less than what was expected (Russell Wilson).

Spending a first-round pick to get Hill would not go to waste,  but anything above that would be too much. The AFC South is still one of the weaker divisions in the league, and Hill could be the piece that gets the Texans within striking distance of winning it.
