Houston Texans Week 11 grades in win over Tennessee Titans
By Mitch Hill

COACHING STAFF (B)
This was by far the best performance from head coach David Culley and his staff. The Houston Texans looked prepared to take on anything the Titans threw at them. Their defensive plan was executed to a tee and it showed on the field.
Offensive Coordinator Tim Kelly could find more ways to get the offense going especially with the slow-moving rushing attack the Texans have. It was good to see the creativity that the coaching staff allowed the players to have against Tennessee.
Lovie Smith has his defense humming as of late. They are creating multiple turnovers each week and the numbers speak for themselves. This defense is improving each week and the performance against the Titans shows.
The best aspect of the coaches was their decision-making. They kept things very simple with their play calling and weren’t too aggressive in their situational decision-making. The fact that Culley was able to secure this win helps him stay away from the hot seat.
David Culley thrilled to get a win & in his home state. Credited the defense’s 5 turnovers & giving up none. Said nobody got a game ball: “We didn’t give out any game balls..We haven’t won enough games. The whole team would get a game ball if we would have given out a game ball” pic.twitter.com/gt9SlHjJtn
