Houston Texans enter the unknown with a lot of question marks surrounding them

Tomorrow the Texans will finally get to suit up and play a preseason game for the first time in two years. Heading north, they’ll take on the Green Bay Packers who lead the regular-season series 4-1.  Earlier this week, we covered the storylines to watch for during the game. As of right now, it all seems to be around the offense and who will fill the void if Deshaun Watson doesn’t travel for the game.

Either Tyrod Taylor or Davis Mills will get a ton of snaps against the NFC runners-up from last year. How they move the offense when they have the ball will definitely be a source of discussion. Can Anthony Miller and Brandin Cooks create separation from Erick Stokes, the Packers first-round pick this year?

On the other hand, how will Green Bay’s offense look? Green Bay has been notorious for not giving Aaron Rodgers receiving help, and despite all of that he’s made something out of nothing for a handful of pass catchers.

Randall Cobb returns to Green Bay and third-round pick Amari Rodgers will also get his first NFL snaps. If Rodgers doesn’t play, then all eyes will be on 2020 first-round pick Jordan Love as he gets his first meaningful snaps.

For Houston Texans Fans, don’t worry about the outcome of this game. Let’s enjoy the fact that the team is going to play football and soon have a chance to put all the drama behind them if they are successful.
