What does Matthew Stafford trade means for Texans, Deshaun Watson?

Looking at Rams-Lions trade
Since reaching such high heights with Sean McVay and the organization, Goff has experienced severe regression as he has performed poorly for the past two years. In the 2019 NFL Season, Goff led the Rams to a 9-7 season and missed the playoffs. Furthermore, he continued to play poorly this past season, leading the Rams to a 9-6 record as he injured his hand in the latter part of the season.
Although he did beat the Seahawks in the Wild Card matchup, the Rams’ stellar defense played a major role in the win. In the NFC Divisional Round, the Rams defense failed to come and save the day for Goff, who turned in a poor offensive performance against the relatively porous Packers secondary.
There is much is to be said about how Stafford will be able to handle the defenses in the NFC South and his fit with the Rams, the trade haul that the Lions got for an aging quarterback was enormous. Receiving two first-round picks, a third-round pick, and QB Jared Goff was the best haul imaginable for the Lions and this transaction will have major impacts for franchise all across the league. How does this relate to the Texans?
