5 Texans players and legends you’d want to be quarantined with
4. Andre Johnson
How great would it be to hear all the stories from Andre Johnson? He was with the Texans from 2003-14, where he totaled 169 games played with the franchise in the regular season, and with that collected 1,062 receptions for 13,597 yards with the franchise, making him the greatest player to ever wear a Houston Texans uniform.
With Johnson while in quarantine, it would be fun to see what made of the the very best wide receivers of this century tick and what gave him the drive to play at a high level on some teams that weren’t that great.
Of course, the questions about the fight with Cortland Finnegan would come up, but I’d also like to get his thoughts on not only the quarterbacks he played with, but also talk to him about which players he never got to play with that he would have liked to.
It would also be interesting to see how he felt wearing an Indianapolis Colts and Tennessee Titans uniform for the first time, and furthermore, what his thoughts were when the Texans recently traded Deandre Hopkins, a player who was chasing all of Johnson’s receiving records with the Texans.
Johnson seems like a person who has many opinions, and being in quarantine, it would be fun to listen to his world views and how he sees things today in the current NFL, and what his opinions are away from the league as well.
