5. Which player on the Texans do you believe can cause the most problems for the Chiefs in Week 6 and why?

CJ: If the Chiefs have to go with Cam Erving again at left tackle, which is looking like the case as Eric Fisher yet again didn’t practice, then J.J. Watt could make it a very long day for Mahomes and the rest of Kansas City’s backfield. Last week, Erving was torched not only by Justin Houston but also other Colts, especially on blitz packages. I would expect that whoever on Houston goes against Erving will have a good game. Hope I’m wrong.

6. Game prediction and score?

CJ: Hoping–and predicting–a fun, high-octane kind of game with lots of points scored. The last couple of games for the Chiefs have been rather dull, including their come-from-behind 34-30 victory over the Detroit Lions.

That was exciting, but the offense didn’t play up to its potential. With all of the current injuries, that will probably be the case again this weekend, but to beat the Texans, Mahomes has to once again put the team on his back. Hopefully Tyreek Hill will be back, which would allow the offense to open up again.

In the end, I’m going with the Chiefs at home in a barn burner, 38-34.
