1. Be The Best Deshaun Watson

There are many great quarterbacks in the NFL and all of them have their own style of play. For Deshaun Watson he has his own style too, and that is what makes him a success.

Some of the ways Watson has to play is by natural athleticism, and other parts of his game are  forced because he’s under a lot of pressure from the opposing defense.

Maybe the best part of Watson’s game is his versatility, and within that style of play is Watson’s ability to throw the football, because he’s really good at that as well.

Watson last season completed nearly 69-percent of his passes, and threw for 4,165 yards in his first full season on the field.

Watson had that success with three injuries to quality wide receivers, not a lot a great play from the tight ends, and we’ve already spoken about the poor play from the offensive line last season.

What is great about Watson is he wants to get better. One way he’ll do so is by learning from others, including Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Houston will be holding practices with the Packers in Green Bay this training camp.

John McClain of the Houston Chronicle quoted Watson when he spoke of Rodgers and getting to “watch him work.”

"“I’m excited to get to Green Bay and watch him work, see how he practices and goes about his business. I’ve known him for the last couple of years. This is another opportunity for me to take my game to another level and, hopefully, in a couple of years, be in his position.”"

Watson is the real deal in the NFL in the club of quarterbacks, and he is only going to get better. If that continues, the Texans will have success and Watson will get the proper respect he deserves, and not be the 51st ranked overall player in the NFL.
