1. Ndamukong Suh, Defensive Tackle

This is a pipe dream for the Houston Texans, as the superstar defense tackle will most likely command more money in contract talks than what the Texans are probably willing to spend. Suh is 32 years old but is still one of the most fearsome players in the entire NFL.

Imagine if the Texans had a interior defensive line presence to go with the outside presence that is J.J. Watt at defensive end and Jadeveon Clowney at outside linebacker. That trio in all three stages of a pass rush would be very dangerous and scary for the opposing offensive coordinator and quarterback.

Gregg Rosenthal of NFL.com had this to say about Suh in a free agency article:

"“Still a three-down starter at age 32, but the three-time All-Pro seemed to coast through the 2018 regular season before flipping the switch in a dominant playoff run.”"

This past season while playing for the NFC champion Los Angeles Rams, Suh was ranked as the 20th best interior defender by Pro Football Focus. Overall, Suh graded at 82.6 on defense, with a 86.7 run defense grade, a 68.0 pass rush grade and 74.7 in coverage. Even at being over 30 years old, Suh still played 1,062 snaps, including 667 pass rush snaps.

Suh has also graded at 80-or-above by Pro Football Focus in each of the past four years and five times in the past six seasons.
