1. Aqib Talib or Marcus Peters, CB, Los Angeles Rams

There is a very real chance that both Aqib Talib and Marcus Peters will be on the Los Angeles Rams opening day 2019 roster. Considering the Rams need to extend Jared Goff and other stars in the future, the likelihood of that happening could get slim. Either could be cut without a cap hit, as the Rams would save $9 million by cutting Peters and $8 million by cutting Talib, per Over The Cap.

The decision to cut Peters could be due to his poor play when Talib is not on the field or his antics on and off the field. On the other hand, Talib was fantastic for the Rams but only played eight regular-season games, and he will be 33 years old by the end of February.

Both players will also be free agents in 2020, and simply put, don’t be surprised to see one of the Rams star corners on the open market either via trade or cut in 2019.
