3. Andre Hal

The Houston Texans have a quality player in Andre Hal who has had an interesting season as he’s battled back after being diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma this year. Hal returned to the roster and began playing in games in Week 7.

Since his return, Hal has six tackles, two interceptions and four passes defensed after playing in five games, as he also missed two games with an injury following his return. Hal’s two interceptions have come in the past two games with one against the Cleveland Browns and one against the Indianapolis Colts last Sunday.

Also in the past two games Hal has recorded three of his four passes defensed, which the progress Hal has shown thus far in his incredible return has been excellent to witness. The Jets will have Jermaine Kearse, Andre Roberts, Quincy Enunwa and Charone Peake at wide receiver to face the defense of Houston.

Let’s be honest, the Texans have faced much better wide receivers this season and should have the upper hand when it comes to their defensive backs, especially with Hal roaming around to do what he does best for the Texans. Lately “his best” has been been causing turnovers and breaking up passes.
