It was another winning effort by the Houston Texans Monday night with a win over Tennessee and did so with big plays from these standout players.

Winning eight times in their past eight games, the Houston Texans have had many standout performances over the past two months of the season, and in Week 12 on Monday Night Football, that was the case yet again with the Texans putting up a strong performance in their 34-17 win.

Before the Texans take on the Cleveland Browns in Week 13 this Sunday, it is good to take a look back and bask in the glory that was the eighth win of the season. So much happened for the Texans in the win, including the 97-yard touchdown run by Lamar Miller, the overall play of J.J. Watt, the 2.5 sacks of Christian Covington and there is always the overall play of Deshaun Watson at quarterback as it is exciting to watch him progress each week.

Others who had strong play include Alfred Blue with some tough rushing yards, DeAndre Hopkins and Demaryius Thomas combined for nine receptions, and it was good to see tight end Ryan Griffin involved with the offense, too.

Also, the kicking of Ka’imi Fairbairn was outstanding with a perfect night, with two made field goals and four converted extra points against the Titans. Staying with the special teams, Trevor Daniel had a nice night punting the football with five punts for an average of 44.8 yards per punt, including two punts landing inside the 20-yard line. His longest punt of the game went for 55 yards.

Overall, it was an excellent game for the Texans, and it is a must to look back and celebrate three top performers from the win on Monday Night Football.
