1. The quarterback known as Deshaun Watson

What should the Houston Texans be the most thankful for thus far this 2018 NFL season? What about their quarterback Deshaun Watson and how he’s played hurt, taken too many hits and still has managed to impress this season?

Watson has passed for over 2,500 yards with 18 touchdowns and nine interceptions. In just 17 career games in the NFL, Watson has shown he has what it takes to be a very good and even great starting quarterback as his career continues.

Having Watson should make the Texans be very thankful for the fact they’ve found the quarterback they’ve been waiting for during a handful of seasons when the quarterback play was bad. Watson is only going to keep getting better when the Texans decide to work on their offensive line. If the day ever comes when the Texans can be thankful for their offensive line, watch out for Watson because if we think he is good now, how great will he be with a credible offensive line?

There are many things the Texans should be thankful for, but with Watson, he is the present and future of this team. Having him under center for the foreseeable future is a great thing to be thankful for.
