3. J.J. Watt

Once again, J.J. Watt became acquainted with the opposing quarterback as he earned another sack on the season. This time, Watt took down former teammate Case Keenum for his ninth sack of the season, tying him for third in the league with Von Miller of the Broncos and Myles Garrett of the Cleveland Browns.

With that sack, Watt now has had at least one sack in five of the six games in their current winning streak. Watt as usual made life tough on the opposing offensive line — as he had three quarterback hits — and the offensive line of the Broncos was no different as he pressured the backfield of Denver. Watt and the rest of the Texans defensive line forced the Broncos out of their game plan and pace they wanted to keep, resulting in Watt and the unit having a strong day at Mile High Stadium.

This season of resurgence by Watt has been spectacular to watch, as he’s now collected not only solid sack numbers, but also 32 tackles, four forced fumbles and two passes defensed. Now going into the bye week healthy, once Week 11 arrives in due time, the second half of Watt’s season could be even more impactful than his already strong first half.
