2.  Sign Dez Bryant

Dez Bryant is a notable free agent that could be signed by the Houston Texans. The three-time Pro Bowler was cut from the Dallas Cowboys this past offseason and is still looking for an employer. If the Texans sign Bryant, it would fill up the hole at receiver quickly with a veteran wide receiver who has playoff experience.

Bryant brings a plethora of talent and would immediately become a veteran leader on this team. At 29 years old, Bryant would also bring a lot of potential to this Texans team, especially with Deshaun Watson at quarterback.

That potential is if Bryant could become the wide receiver he once was and not play like he did his last couple seasons with the Cowboys as he battled some injuries and difference of opinions with the Cowboys coaching staff.

The former Cowboys wide receiver, Bryant, has played in 113 regular season games where he’s totaled 7,459 yards and 73 touchdowns off 531 receptions in his career. Bryant’s last 1,000-plus yard season was back in 2014.

Bryant could bring a spark to the offense of the Texans and it would not hurt for Watson to have another veteran wide receiver on his side as he continues his second season in the NFL.
