1. Trade for another wide receiver

The 2018 NFL Trade Deadline is Tuesday at 4 p.m. ET. and the Texans must make a move by then to fix this hole in the offense. If the Texans want to continue their hot streak this year, it is critical that the Texans acquire a good player that can fulfill this place.

The Texans have a plethora of assets they can offer to acquire a wide receiver that could take Fuller’s place. One of they ways the Texans can add to the roster via trade is by trading draft picks, with the Texans having possession of all of their picks for the 2019 NFL Draft, plus an extra second round pick from the Seattle Seahawks when the Texans traded Duane Brown last season.

A trade is a big way for the Texans to not only add depth to their roster, but it is a way to add a quality player to help take pressure off of DeAndre Hopkins and it is another plan if Keke Coutee can’t stay healthy..

Losing a player like Fuller hurts the offense, which happens at the worst possible time as thew Texans are starting to gain momentum offensively and even beginning to play with some consistency throughout the past couple games in what is a five-game winning streak.

Houston should be serious about trading for a solid wide receiver as the playoffs are now a possibility with the AFC South currently struggling to win games.
