3. Lamar Miller gains 100 yards rushing for 2nd straight week

This is fun and could really happen as it worked last weekend against the Jacksonville Jaguars, and that is Lamar Miller will gain no less than 100 yards rushing against his former team on Thursday Night Football.

Why is this a bold prediction, you might ask? Here is why: the last time Miller rushed for 100 or more yards in a game in consecutive games was back in 2015 as a member of the Dolphins in games on Oct. 18 against the Tennessee Titans and on Oct. 25 against the Houston Texans. In the game against the Titans, he totaled 113 yards, and against the Texans he rushed for 175 yards as both of those games were wins for his former team in Miami.

Miller has struggled to stay consistent in his rushing game, part of that being the offensive line for the Texans isn’t that great and even more so Miller hasn’t been as consistent as the Texans have hoped he’d be either since joining the team in 2016.

This will be the game that Miller has some extra motivation on his side with the game he played last Sunday with 22 carries for 100 yards and one touchdown, while tonight he’s facing his former team as well.
