The Bad

• Playing injured, Deshaun Watson passed for 139 yards (12-of-24) with one touchdown. He also rushed for 13 yards on seven carries. Maybe it would have been safer if he would have just thrown the ball more instead of taking a chance with getting hit, but it is football, I guess.

• The injury to Keke Coutee hurt the Texans as he totaled just one reception for three yards. It is being reported that Coutee is going to miss the Thursday Night Football game as well, leaving the Texans down one of their top receivers on short notice. Also, the Texans are 4-0 when Coutee plays.

• Tight end production was non-existent on Sunday with Ryan Griffin out with injury. Jordan Thomas was targeted just once for no receptions, and that needs to be fixed. The Texans need to game plan more for using their tight ends as it will eventually haunt them down the road.

J.J. Watt had just one tackle with no sacks or forced fumbles. Granted, the Jaguars put some extra focus on the elite Watt, but this wasn’t his best game. On the bright side, others on the defense stepped up when Watt wasn’t adding to his stats in this game.
