Week 7 of the NFL schedule is here, and for those interested in fantasy football, there is still a great opportunity to make sure your lineup is set and ready for victory.

As there is with each week, there are always many decisions to be made when it comes to fantasy football, and for Week 7, there is nothing different about that either because with each week for fantasy football linueups, some of the matchups are just a tad to scary to make the lineup move.

One of those matchups that causes a lot of decision-making will be the Houston Texans at the Jacksonville Jaguars as they have an interesting matchup on the horizon with DeAndre Hopkins of the Texans against the top cornerback of the Jaguars Jalen Ramsey.

These two have faced each other since Ramsey joined the league in 2016, and looking back at last season when Ramsey covered Hopkins, the Texans wide receiver veteran has four receptions for 80 yards and a touchdown in December and in the first meeting last September, Hopkins totaled seven receptions for 55 yards and one touchdown.

In ’16 when Hopkins faced the Jaguars, he had a game in December where he caught eight passes for 87 yards, and before that in November, Hopkins caught five passes for 48 yards.

Also with Hopkins, he’s been targeted 59 times in the past four meetings with Jacksonville, so most likely the Texans will give Hopkins his chances if that same pattern holds up in Week 7.

Again, I’m not saying that Hopkins won’t produce against Ramsey and the Jaguars on Sunday, but there is another player on the Texans offense in Keke Coutee who could really become the difference maker for the Texans as they look to gain their fourth straight win, while in the process handing AFC South rival Jacksonville their third consecutive loss.

If that occurs, it should mean the Texans’ wide receivers had a good day, and Hopkins could be the reason why the Texans could jump to over the .500 mark for the first time this season. Here are players who should be considered for Week 7 fantasy football starting lineups on Sunday.
