The Houston Texans will be on the road in Week 7 and they will be taking on the Jacksonville Jaguars as the road team has a opportunity to do some good things.

First place in the AFC South is on the line in Week 7 when the Houston Texans take on the Jacksonville Jaguars. Though the Jaguars are on a two-game losing streak they are still a good team when rolling on all cylinders, so the Texans can’t take them too lightly.

As for the Texans they’ve won their past three games, all in exciting fashion. They defeated the Indianapolis Colts and Dallas Cowboys in overtime finishes, then last week two fourth quarter interceptions —one for a touchdown — led to a third straight win over the Buffalo Bills.

This week might be the second most difficult opponent for the Texans thus far, but the defense of the Texans is playing well, and the defense of the Jaguars isn’t having the best of times recently as they allowed 40 points to the Cowboys last Sunday.

Looking forward to Sunday’s game it will be very interesting in how the Texans pressure the offense of the Jaguars with their defense, because for the Texans to win they have to stop T.J. Yeldon and make quarterback Blake Bortles make mistakes. Also Jags running back Leonard Fournette could be returning as well.

It will be the offense of the Texans that will be the game-changer for Week 7 because if they want to win they will not only have to play at a higher level than they have, but will be facing a defense that will most likely prove they want to get back to the level they were a season ago. Plus the matchup that will be worth watching is Jalen Ramsey vs. DeAndre Hopkins and Deshaun Watson. That will be the most intriguing part to watch in Week 7 for sure.

With the game just a handful days away, here are three bold predictions, including why Watson will have a big day against the Jaguars defense.
