Wide Receiver: DeAndre Hopkins

Of course the Toro Times is saying to start DeAndre Hopkins at wide receiver this week in fantasy football, but take a closer look at who the Houston Texans are facing and you will agree that Hopkins should have a big day against the Buffalo Bills.

Hopkins is coming off consecutive games of over 150 yards receiving with 169 yards against the Indianapolis Colts and 151 yards receiving against the Dallas Cowboys last Sunday Night. Both of those games were wins and both were also overtime games, as Hopkins most recent catch was the biggest reception for the Texans this season, as his 49-yard reception led Houston to a second straight victory.

This season, Hopkins is averaging 15.2 yards per reception as he has 39 receptions for 594 yards and two touchdowns. Here is a bold prediction for everyone on Sunday and that is Hopkins will double his touchdown total in this game against Buffalo.

Hopkins is maybe not only the quietest wide receiver in the league, but he’s also one of the best, and he just continues to play at a high level. This weekend things are all set up for him to have a big day against the Bills, meaning that should result in a big day in the fantasy football world as well.
