2. Watson will avoid most sacks

It would be foolish to predict that the poor pass protection provided by the Texans so far in 2018 offensive line would allow for a prediction of a having a prefect game so to speak. Quarterback Deshaun Watson will have to avoid the Cowbouys defense to only be sacked twice or less is the prediction for this game.

I know saying a quarterback will be sacked just twice or less isn’t the “boldest” prediction, but we all know Watson will be sacked at some point in this game, but this line could possibly improve enough over a span of a week to make a somewhat noticeable difference in Week 5, but this will mostly come from the abilities of Watson.

Last Sunday in Week 4, Watson was sacked seven times by the Indianapolis Colts, and for the season he’s been sacked 17 times in the first four games. For the Texans to win this game Watson can’t be sacked four or more times because the Cowboys are a better team than the past two opponents of Houston, plus with Demarcus Lawrence on the other side of the field, that will have to be the focus of the Texans offensive line.

Remember Lawrence not only has 5.5 sacks entering this game, but he’s becoming one of the top defensive ends in all of the NFL. He is becoming a player that is to be focused on each and every play of this game when he’s on the field and the Texans need to take notice of Lawrence.
