The Houston Texans and the Tennessee Titans are fighting off and adjusting to injuries for their Week 2 game. Even with early injuries here are 3 players to watch during Sunday’s game in Nashville.

The Houston Texans are battling some injuries, but it is nothing like the Tennessee Titans are going through with two starting offensive tackles injured and ruled out for the week, plus starting quarterback Marcus Mariota injured as well. Also don’t forget that tight end Delanie Walker is already out for the season following Week 1.

Even with the injures on the Titans, and with DeAndre Hopkins and Will Fuller being listed as questionable for the Texans (though they should still play in Week 2), there are those who are must-watch players in this AFC South contest.

Another interesting aspect of this game is both enter Week 2 with losses in their season opener, plus even stranger both teams lost by 27-20 scores in their respective games to start the season. However, this week the Texans have the advantage with their defense against the offense of the Titans, and if the front seven of Houston can wreak havoc on the battered and bruised offensive line of the Titans then it will be a good day for Texans fans.

In their most recent meetings last season both the Texans and Titans won a game, with the Texans winning the early season contest by a 57-14 score, while the Titans won in December at 24-13. In the past 10 meetings the Texans have led the series at 7-3.

The AFC South game will air at 1 p.m. ET on CBS with the Titans leading the overall series 17-15, as here are 3 players to watch for in Week 2.
