Will Fuller, DeAndre Hopkins miss practice
Could the Houston Texans be without both Will Fuller and DeAndre Hopkins this week?
Houston Texans’ head coach Bill O’Brien stated earlier in the week that he’s unsure whether or not wide receiver Will Fuller will play this coming Monday night after missing last week’s game with a cracked rib.
Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reported on Wednesday that Fuller as well as fellow wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins were not seen at practice.
After practice, Texans’ head coach Bill O’Brien said that Hopkins will play on Monday night. It sounds like he was just taking the day off.
O’Brien did say that he’s still not sure whether Fuller will play this week, but rookie linebacker Dylan Cole is expected to be back in the mix.

When it comes to Texans’ starting cornerback Kevin Johnson, he still hasn’t been cleared after suffering a concussion last week.
O’Brien did say that he believes Johnson will be fine for Monday’s game as well, but of course he still needs to pass the necessary concussion tests.
When it comes to linebacker Brian Cushing coming off of his suspension next week, O’Brien said that he’ll be welcomed back. He didn’t say whether he’ll start yet. With how well Cole and Zach Cunningham have played, Cushing may not get his job back.
Veteran running back Alfred Blue is also expected to be back on the field this week after missing last Sunday’s game with a hamstring injury. Getting him back will help with D’Onta Foreman done for the season.
