The Houston Texans have some players that can help your fantasy football team this week.

The Houston Texans’ season might be over with seven weeks remaining in the 2017 regular season, but some of their players can still help your fantasy football team.

Here is how things look this week with the Texans facing the Arizona Cardinals.

QB – Tom Savage

The Cardinals have given up the ninth most fantasy points to the quarterback position. So if you’re really desperate or looking for a quarterback to stream this week, Savage is not a horrible option. But he’s also not a great one.

If you’re in a deep league and don’t have a choice, you can feel pretty confident about starting Savage.

RB – Lamar Miller

Lamar Miller’s carries have been slipping lately.

The Texans only gave Miller 11 carries last week against the Rams. Compared to D’Onta Foreman’s seven.

Houston’s quarterback play is also hurting Miller, because opposing defenses know they can load the box. If you have a better option than Miller, I would start that player over the Texans’ lead back.

WR – DeAndre Hopkins

When Deshaun Watson went down with a season-ending injury, DeAndre Hopkins’ fantasy owners thought their world would come crashing down.

The good news is that while Hopkins hasn’t been as productive with Savage under center, he’s still putting up good enough numbers to help your fantasy team.

The bad news for Hopkins is that he’ll draw Cardinals’ cornerback Patrick Peterson this week. I would be hesitant when it comes to starting him this week.

WR – Will Fuller/Bruce Ellington

With Will Fuller out, don’t forget to put him on your bench.

Bruce Ellington could have a good game with Peterson shadowing Hopkins, but it would be a gamble to start Ellington.

TE – C.J. Fiedorowicz

Savage did end up targeting C.J. Fiedorowicz six times last week. Be he only caught two passes for 10 yards.

The Cardinals give up the 20th most fantasy points to opposing tight ends. I would avoid starting Fiedorowicz this week.

Texans’ D/ST

It hasn’t been a great season for the Texans’ defense. But you have to start them this week, given the fact that the Cardinals give up the sixth most fantasy points to opposing defenses.
