I would stay away from Houston Texans’ running back Lamar Miller this week in fantasy football.

If you only started players from the Houston Texans on your fantasy football team last week, you would have scored over 140 points. That’s pretty remarkable.

I’ve listed the most popular Texans’ players below and gave you my thoughts on whether you should start them this week or not.

QB Deshaun Watson

Be my guest in rolling the dice with Watson as your starter this week. But remember that the Chiefs defense has given up the 26th most fantasy points to quarterbacks this year. That’s not good for Watson.

Washington Redskins’ quarterback Kirk Cousins did have a nice game this past Monday night after he scored over 20 points. So Watson could have a nice night on Sunday. It truly would be a gamble ti give him the start.

RB Lamar Miller

Miller had his best game of the season last week against the Tennessee Titans. But the Chiefs have only given up the 27th most fantasy points to running backs. Unless you’re in a deep league and don’t have a choice, I wouldn’t start Miller.

WR DeAndre Hopkins

Unlike the quarterback and running back positions the Chiefs give up a lot of fantasy points to opposing wide receivers. So far in 2017, they’ve given up the 10th most points in the NFL.

With Hopkins getting over 10 targets a game, I would start him against the Chiefs without any hesitation.

WR Will Fuller

Even though Fuller just made his 2017 debut last week, he saw six targets and managed to grab two touchdowns in week four. Not bad at all.

I don’t see Fuller scoring every week, but the targets could be there for you to start him this week.

TE Ryan Griffin

Unless you’re in a deep fantasy league, Griffin isn’t worth starting. He did have five targets last week. But only managed two receptions for 13 yards.

K Ka’imi Fairbarin

Fairbarin has scored over 10 points in each of the last two weeks. But this week he faces a Chiefs team that only gives up the 21st most points to opposing kickers.

Texans’ defense/special teams

I have a feeling that the Chiefs offense is going to give the Texans’ defense some problem. I would give them the week off.
