Watt has endured a number of injuries and hasn’t missed a game yet.But there’s reason for concern as the Texans’ superstar defensive end was about to head to training camp.According to John McClain of the Houston Chronicle, Watt has undergone back surgery, and will open camp on the physically unable to perform list."
