@Jacksonville Jaguars – Jacksonville could be the 2nd best team in the AFC South. Playing on the road and over confidence by the Texans results in an upset.  Line – Texans -1 / Prediction – Texans lose 21-20

@ Oakland Raiders (Mexico City) – This is a match-up of the speed rusher many Texan fans wanted, Khalil Mack, and the one they have, Jadeveon Clowney. This is Clowney’s chance to silence the second guessers. One or two plays could be the difference.  Line – Texans +2 / Prediction – Texans win 24-20

San Diego Chargers Philip Rivers can’t do it all. He will be harassed all afternoon by a bevy of rushers and the Texans offense rolls as Lamar Miller lights up one of the worst rushing defenses from a season ago in this one.  Line – Texans -4.5 / Prediction – Texans win 30-14

More from Toro Times

@Green Bay Packers – With a healthy Jordy Nelson the Pack is back at full strength. Unless the Texans defense can force several turnovers the odds makers are right, meaning for the first time in four meetings between the two clubs a home team wins.  Line – Texans +7 / Prediction – Texans lose 27-20

@Indianapolis Colts – The Colts thin offensive line will be thinner by now. Andrew Luck will have to evade the rush and throw off the run if the Colts are to win.  Line – Texans +4 / Prediction – Texans win 34-27

Jacksonville Jaguars – This will be a “must win” for the Texans after losing in Jacksonville. The Jags will be more cohesive than earlier in the season, but so will the Texans. The home crowd makes the difference.  Line – Texans -4.5 / Texans win 24-17

Cincinnati Bengals Andy Dalton has a “can’t win in the playoffs” label. He will need this win just to get to the playoffs. The Texans must stop the big play if they are to earn the upset.  Line – Texans +1 / Prediction – Texans lose 27-24

@Tennessee Titans – The Texans will need this win to earn or enhance their playoff position. A Titan loss will enhance their draft position. Not knowing which starters may be rested is why Las Vegas does not post a line for the season’s last game.  No Line / Prediction – Texans win 37-14
