Safety Lonnie Ballentine was dubbed “Mr. Irrelevant” in 2014 when he was selected with the final pick in the NFL draft out of Memphis.

Since then Ballentine has only appeared in two games for the Texans and recorded three tackles. Time may be running out on his tenure in Houston with a few other youngsters around that can take his place on the practice squad.

Perhaps Corey Moore is most popular for being on the receiving end of cornerback Charles James II’s passion during a practice on ‘Hard Knocks.’

Outside of his brief stint on the HBO series, Moore spent most of his rookie season on the Texans practice squad. He was called up at the end of the season and registered just one tackle in one game played.
