Keith Mumphery got his first action last year and averaged over 24 yards per kick return and 7.8 per punt return. Dexter McCluster handles almost all the return duties for Tennessee, and he averaged almost 22 yards per kickoff return and nine per punt return.

Ryan Succop was perfect inside of 50 yards for the Titans last year. However he has limited range, only making 1-3 from 50+, a 51 yarder. He only missed two extra points last year as well. He’s very similar to Nick Novak in accuracy and range.

Brett Kern is one of the better punters in the league. He did get plenty of repetitions in the games last year as he booted 88 punts, 5.5 per game. He averaged 47.4 per punt with 40.3 net. He put 34 inside the 20 with only one touchback. Across the board he was better than the aging Shane Lechler last season.

It’s close, but I give the edge to the Titans in this category.
