After surveying editors from all NFL sites, here are the results of the mock:

That is the full mock draft. There are some surprising picks in there to be sure, which should make for a very interesting draft day as always.

Here is the Texans pick: http://nflmocks.com/2016/02/18/2016-nfl-mock-draft-fansided-experts-speak-for-their-teams/23/

There are a number of needs that the Texans have coming into the draft. The most glaring needs are at quarterback and running back. Brian Hoyer was erratic this season as he went in and out of the lineup due to ineffective play and injury, and the circus of Ryan Mallett, T.J. Yates and Brandon Weeden all got playing time. That doesn’t even include Tom Savage who was lost of the year with injury. Obviously Mallett is gone and Weeden is a free agent. I don’t imagine Weeden coming back, though he wasn’t half bad when he was on the field (for Houston that is, he looked like the Cleveland version of himself in Dallas before getting cut in favor of Matt Cassel, who did not change the fortunes of the Cowboys this year). Anyways, the Texans have Hoyer and Savage under contract for next season. So my guess is they will draft a guy at some point and perhaps have another three way competition in camp. Hoyer can walk after next season anyway and he could be a good voice for the young guys so I think he’ll be around next year. Hopefully not as the starter.

At running back Arian Foster is now 30 and has been injury prone. The team has indicated they will move on, and after that there are just role players in Alfred Blue and Jonathan Grimes, among others in the backfield. Getting a top back will be a need for the Texans this offseason.

Which need do the Texans need to address first–one of these two or a different one? Do you agree with the selection above? If not, who would you go with with the 22nd overall pick? Leave your comments below.
