Texans Tidbits: What we Learned from 2015

5. Bill O’Brien is going to lead this team to great things
After inheriting a 2-14 after the 2013 season, O’Brien has led this team to back to back 9-7 seasons without a stable quarterback situation and with an injury prone star running back. If he actually has stability in those two areas, imagine what he’ll be able to do with the star power that exists in most other areas of this team. Should be an interesting offseason, because this division only figures to be better in 2016. The Colts will have Andrew Luck back, more likely for 16 games this time. I know he wasn’t that good this year as he dealt with injuries throughout the year, but a healthy Luck can’t be taken lightly. I also see Jacksonville perhaps taking a step up next season, because they lost a bunch of games they could have won last year. If they, and Blake Bortles in particular, cut down on the turnovers, they could be a surprise contender next year. But even with these challenges coming, they have steady leadership at the helm and will be ready to meet these challenges.
