5. Chad Henne, Jacksonville Jaguars, 30 years old
Sure, the name Chad Henne may not sound like a potential starter, but the fact is the former second-round pick has 53 starts in his NFL career. He has only won 18 of those starts, but in all honesty, not too many people were going to lead the Miami Dolphins or Jacksonville Jaguars rosters he was stuck with very far.
The former Michigan Wolverine has completed just under 60 percent of his passes for 12,931 yards with 58 touchdowns and 63 picks. He surely is more experienced (and the same age) as Hoyer, who the team trusted in 2015 to carry the team.
What Henne does have is a strong arm and the ability to stand in the pocket and deliver passes while taking a hit. He also has experience in the AFC South, playing for the Jags the past four seasons, with 22 starts for the team.
Relegated to backup duty after the team drafted Blake Bortles in 2014, Henne could be worth kicking the tires on.
