28. J.J. Watt’s feud with Zach Mettenberger

Tennessee Titans quarterback Zach Mettenberger got his first NFL start in 2014 against the Houston Texans and decided a pre-game selfie was a great idea. Mettenberger did his best to look like Ben Stiller’s twin brother from the film “Dodgeball” and topped it off with the caption “Ima starting nfl qb…get some”

J.J. Watt was not a fan and let the rookie know it. He forced a fumble while sacking Mettenberger twice. After one of those sacks he decide to take a pretend selfie, mocking the Titan’s passer.

"“I take this game seriously,” Watt said.“If I were a rookie being named a starter for the first time, I’d be a little more focused. But we won the game. That’s all that matters.”"

In the ensuing offseason Mettenberger decided it would be best to poke the lion and decided to finally respond to Watt’s dislike of his pictures.

"If that’s high school-ish, he got a letterman jacket made, a Texans letterman jacket. That’s pretty high school-ish to me, don’t you think?”"

Watt responded by saying he isn’t concerned with Zach. Then in the final game before the bye week Watt took Mettenberger down 2.5 more times in the backfield while recording another fumble. Looks like Watt won the battle on and off the field.
