Texans Midseason Awards

Here we are, 8 weeks down and 8 to go. The inept Texans are actually tied for first in the worst division in the NFL right now at 3-5. Luckily, the Indianapolis Colts look just as pathetic and have two very tough games coming up for them. The Texans, if they perform, can come out of the bye week and seize sole ownership atop the AFC South.

In this article, we are going to be assessing who on this squad deserves the midseason awards. We will look at MVP, defensive and offensive players of the (half) year, rookie of the (half) year, and most improved player.
Let’s start with MVP.
