Game: Tennessee Titans at Houston Texans

Prediction: Things look to be a mess in Houston. Ryan Mallett can’t show up on time, the offense looked pathetic and the defense was simply bad last week against Miami. It was a complete meltdown and an embarrassing loss.

So…what’s the best way to get over a complete beat down? Play host to a 1-5 team at home. The Houston Texans will be very happy to see the Tennessee Titans come into town, because their offense put up only seven points last week. This should be a close game still, as the division rivals know each other well.

Starting quarterback Marcus Mariota is hurt, but backup Zach Mettenberger is no slouch as a second option. Still, the Titans don’t offer an explosive offense and their defense will have a hard time keeping up with DeAndre Hokpins as he and Brian Hoyer take the beat down in Miami personally and take their frustrations out on the haphazard Titans who continue to fight for the first overall pick.

Final Score: Texans 31, Titans 23
