Game: Indianapolis Colts at Houston Texans

Prediction: The Texans were embarrassed in the absolute worst way on Sunday and usually in sports there are two ways to react to such a beatdown. One way is to fold and watch the season fall apart. The other is to band together and find a way to get the train back on tracks.

For Houston it will be interesting to see what happens, especially on a short week. The coach seems to have the right make up, but do his players? This game will especially be huge for quarterback Ryan Mallett who remains the starter despite being pulled after an awful showing.

On Thursday night football, Mallett and co. will have the whole world watch as they try to prove the game in Atlanta was a fluke. Luckily, the team they are playing has also been disappointing. The Colts are just 2-2 and needed overtime to defeat the Jacksonville Jaguars this weekend. Quarterback Andrew Luck should be back, but he has been only average so far this year.

Newly signed running back Frank Gore has been a non-factor and former Texans receiver Andre Johnson might face chargers for stealing money from the Colts this season. Look for Houston to stop throwing so frequently and start to rely on Arian Foster carving up a terrible Colts defense. This one may shock some people, but I see the running game and defense being too much for the over rated Colts.

Final Score: Texans 23, Colts 20
