Game: Houston Texans at Atlanta Falcons

Prediction: Houston is in first place despite being 1-2. The AFC South is bad, which good for the Texans who started out extremely slow. Slow starts are the norm so far this season and to have any chance against the 3-0 Falcons there cannot be a slow start.

Atlanta showed their explosiveness after coming back from 14 points down to defeat the Dallas Cowboys last Sunday. This week they won’t be in the mood to spot the Texans 14 points. Atlanta is playing great under new head coach Dan Quinn, and he will have them on the right page from the beginning.

Atlanta can beat you through the air with Julio Jones and their ground game is scary with Tevin Coleman and Devonta Freeman. I see this team being just too much for Houston, who would have to play perfect football to steal a win. Ryan Mallett is playing better, but an unhealthy o-line and continual dropped passes have doomed this team and will continue to do so.

Final score: Atlanta 31, Houston 20
